How Much to Tip Your Corporate DJ

You've planned the perfect party. The caterer is booked, the decorations are up, and the guest list is finalized. Now it's time to think about entertainment. Hiring a corporate DJ is a great way to get everyone on their feet and dancing the night away. But how much should you tip them?

While there's no hard and fast rule, a good rule of thumb is to tip your corporate DJ 10-15% of the total cost of their services. So, if they're charging $5,000 for the evening, a $500-$750 tip is appropriate.

Of course, you can always give more (or less) depending on the level of service you received. If your DJ went above and beyond to make sure your party was a success, a larger tip is definitely in order. On the other hand, if they showed up late or didn't play the music you asked for, you may want to adjust your tip accordingly.
